Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Contractor. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Requirements * Ability to commute to patients home * Ability to commute to cases in the general area of Hollywood, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Weston, and Miami Gardens * A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. * AHCA Level 2 Background check. https://info.flclearinghouse.com  * Valid state licensure or certification as required by local regulations. * Ability to work effectively in home health environments. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members. * A commitment to providing high-quality care that promotes patient independence and well-being. * Availability to work weekends and short notice as needed. Responsibilities * Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized treatment plans. * Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities in daily living activities. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to improve daily functioning. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. * Timely documenting visits.
