Job Title: Facilities Technician / Mail Clerk
Location: Miramar, FL (On-site)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (may require on‑call shifts)
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Overview
Adecco is hiring a Facilities Technician/Mail Clerk to support POS equipment handling, inventory, shipping, and general facility maintenance. This role is ideal for someone with technical experience, strong organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
POS Equipment
Program, test, and prepare POS equipment for shipment
Process credit card terminal orders via vendor portal
Inspect/process returned equipment
Coordinate repairs with outside vendors
Inventory
Assist with monthly terminal inventory
Manage equipment/supply inventory
Maintain controls for off-site storage and reporting
Submit PO requests as needed
Shipping & Mail
Handle high-volume shipments
Track shipments and resolve disputes
Process USPS postage and manage mail pick-up/delivery
Facilities
Coordinate maintenance/repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
Ensure after-hours cleaning vendor meets standards
Support office moves and space planning
Perform facility walk-throughs
Manage hurricane-preparedness tasks
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of technical experience
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
