About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator (Logistics Coordinator) to join our team based in Minto, NSW . This role is critical in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient processing of shipments, and strong coordination across internal teams.

Key responsibilities
Provide administrative support across warehouse operations
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
Coordinate and support warehouse activities and workflows
Prepare reports and analyse data using Excel
Manage communication and scheduling via Outlook
Support SAP transactions and system updates
Liaise with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance

What you need to be successful
Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics role
Exposure to SAP systems (preferred)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
