Warehouse Administrator (Logistics Coordinator)

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator (Logistics Coordinator) to join our team based in Minto, NSW . This role is critical in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient processing of shipments, and strong coordination across internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across warehouse operations

  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records

  • Coordinate and support warehouse activities and workflows

  • Prepare reports and analyse data using Excel

  • Manage communication and scheduling via Outlook

  • Support SAP transactions and system updates

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance

What you need to be successful

  • Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics role

  • Exposure to SAP systems (preferred)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
