AM - PM EMPLOYMENT LLC Welder/Fabricator in Minster, Ohio
Position Summary: The Welder/Fabricator is responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal components according to specifications and blueprints. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing or production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on various metal materials
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components
Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, presses, and torches
Inspect finished welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed
Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
1--3+ years of welding and fabrication experience preferred
Proficiency in MIG welding (TIG and Stick a plus)
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent
Skills & Competencies:

Work Environment:

Exposure to heat, sparks, and loud equipment
