At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a High Tech Operator based in Minster, Ohio! In this role, you will be responsible for: Working Safely with a high attention to detail and qualityManual tasks such as loading raw materials into the production equipmentTechnical tasks such as operating a computer system and troubleshooting process breakdownsOperating production fluid control systemsVerifying target weights and meet target through the application of statistical process controlPerforming quality checks and accuracy of materials/productsConsistently communicating with all departments involved in production process (e.g., warehouse, distribution, processing, fruit room, scheduling, quality)Documenting inventory of consumed raw materials and suppliesCleaning and sanitation tasks (e.g., general housekeeping, disposal of waste material, scraps, etc.)Other duties as assignedThe High Tech Operator base rate is now 28.34/hr, increasing to $29.83 after one year! Night shift employees receive an additional $1.00/hr shift premium. This means you are able to work nights, weekends and holidays when scheduled.
