Aerotek Commercial Electrician - Prevailing Wage in Minster, Ohio

Job Title: Electrician

PWR: $65.94 with $100/day worked per diem if candidates are 75 miles or great from site

The position involves prevailing wage work and offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Run conduit and pull wire efficiently.

  • Terminate motors and input/output devices, including PLC terminations.

  • Work from scissor and articulating lifts.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including working at heights with provided harnesses.

  • Use basic hand tools and adhere to site safety requirements, such as wearing a Type II hardhat with a 4-point chinstrap and cut level 4 gloves.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in running GRC (Galvanized Rigid Conduit) and EMT conduits.

  • Proficient in electrical wiring and terminations.

  • Comfortable working at heights and using lifts.

  • OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain it before starting.

  • Complete internal safety and scissor lift online training prior to site deployment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant electrical experience in commercial or industrial construction.

  • Proficiency in cutting, bending, threading, and installing conduit.

  • Experience with temporary wiring and devices is a plus.

  • Ability to read blueprints with minimal supervision is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with scissor and boom lifts is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.94 - $65.94/hr.
