Construction Project Manager
Location: Minooka, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $52
Position Overview
This position is for Project Manager responsible for overseeing construction-related work. The role involves planning and aligning projects, managing risk, tracking invoices, coordinating and leading meetings, and collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience
Prior construction project management experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience using Excel and Smartsheets
Key Responsibilities
Manage, develop, and implement projects of varying complexity and size
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
Lead multiple projects from inception to completion
Facilitate project planning sessions to determine scope and objectives
Establish project performance goals with stakeholders
Design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and track performance
Identify, track, and resolve project issues
Monitor and communicate project status to project team
Plan and monitor project budget
Conduct research and analysis
Provide input into project plan and timeline development
Manage project risk and identify solutions
Document and share team learnings
Maintain project notes, databases, and records
Communicate with Project Sponsor and stakeholders on project status
Identify and assign resources for project tasks
Guide and coach team members through project stages
Provide developmental feedback to team members
