Training and Development Specialist Minnetonka, MN Pay : $30.50 - $32.50 per hour 26-02445 Job Summary The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for delivering and facilitating training programs that support organizational learning and performance goals. This role designs and implements learning interventions aligned with business objectives and works closely with management to identify development needs. The specialist leads instructor-led sessions for groups of up to 30 participants and ensures training content is engaging, practical, and aligned with adult learning principles.
