Summary:
The Senior Manager, SSO & SailPoint Operations is responsible for the operational leadership, stability, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Single Sign‑On (SSO) and Identity Governance platforms. This role owns day‑to‑day operations, production support, and lifecycle management of SSO and SailPoint environments, ensuring high availability, security, and regulatory compliance.
The position leads an operations team and partners closely with IAM Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to support mission‑critical identity services.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
Own production operations for SSO and SailPoint platforms, including incident management, escalation, and service availability.
Lead and manage IAM operations staff supporting SSO and identity governance services.
Establish and enforce operational standards, runbooks, and support processes.
Act as the senior escalation point for complex identity and access issues.

SailPoint Operations
Oversee SailPoint production support, including:
Code fixes and break/fix support
Supporting SailPoint development teams with deployments and releases
Troubleshooting identity lifecycle and access certification issues
Platform Maintenance & Security
Manage patching, upgrades, and platform lifecycle activities.
Oversee certificate renewals and secrets management.
Lead vulnerability management activities, including remediation and audit support.
Ensure environments meet security, compliance, and availability requirements.
Stakeholder & Program Management
Partner with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.
Coordinate with vendors and manage support contracts.
Provide operational reporting, metrics, and executive updates.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
10+ years of related experience in SSO (single Sign-on) and IAM (identity and access management) operations in an enterprise environment.
3-5+ years experience with SailPoint Identity IQ.
2+ of experience leading or managing technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands‑on knowledge of SSO platforms such as Azure SSO, Ping, WebSEAL, and LDAP services.
Experience leading operational teams in 24x7, mission‑critical environments.
Strong understanding of incident management, change management, and vulnerability remediation.
Experience in regulated environments; financial services experience preferred.
Experience maintaining professional working relationships with cross-functional partners and 3rd party vendors.
Experience with deployment and system build automation
Ability and drive to implement continuous process improvements
Results driven, ensuring short-term goals are achieved while supporting long-term initiatives with an appropriate sense of urgency
Strong technology skills with the ability to produce relevant information from teams and make critical decisions
Management and leadership skills to attract, retain, and motivate high talent professionals
Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Compensation Range:
$93,000.00 - $189,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
