Position Title: Project Engineer Work Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345 Assignment Duration: 7 Months Position Summary: Seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer (Contractor) to support Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) New Product Development initiatives. This role supports a senior project lead and is responsible for day-to-day execution, with strong emphasis on vendor coordination, material delivery, and project schedule accountability in a regulated medical device environment. Background & Context: This role supports CRM New Product Development programs in a regulated medical device environment at The Organization. Key Responsibilities: Execute operational project plans and deliverables in support of CRM NPD programs. Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and mitigation actions. Coordinate external vendors, track material deliveries, and hold suppliers accountable. Interface with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Material Compliance teams. Maintain project plans using MS Project or Planview. Prepare status reports and lead working meetings. Clarify design intent when interfacing with vendors and partners. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and independent working ability. Medical device experience. Knowledge of FDA QSR / ISO 13485. Vendor management experience.
