What You'll Do Drive Membership Sales This is a sales leadership role focused on growing the club. You will: * Conduct club tours and fitness consultations * Convert leads into members * Follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email * Sell memberships and personal training programs * Achieve monthly sales targets If you love helping people commit to change, you'll thrive here. Coach & Engage Members You will spend about 1/3 of your time coaching members. Responsibilities include: * Leading small group workouts * Motivating members during sessions * Modifying exercises for different fitness levels * Ensuring safe and effective workouts Build Community Relationships Some of the best members come from the community. You will: * Build relationships with local businesses * Attend community and Chamber events * Coordinate promotional campaigns * Help execute creative marketing initiatives * Engage the community through social media Lead the Team & Club Culture You'll help create a positive, motivating club culture. Responsibilities include: * Supporting trainers and staff * Encouraging teamwork and accountability * Creating an environment members love Maintain an Exceptional Member Experience Our goal is simple: members love being here.
