What You’ll Do
Assemble life‑saving medical devices using hand tools and microscopes
Learn and master a variety of assembly processes across multiple workstations
Work with small components using blades, cutters, and other precision tools
Maintain high quality standards in a full clean‑room environment
Follow safety, cleanliness, and production guidelines to ensure product excellence
What Makes You a Great Fit
At least 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience (medical assembly preferred)
Strong hand‑eye coordination and comfort working with small parts
Ability to read measurements using rulers and calipers
Clear communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to lift 25 lbs and work overtime when needed
Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
