Job Description Job Title: Machine Operator & Assembler Location: Minnetonka, MN Compensation: $21.00 per hour - paid weekly Schedule: 1st, 2nd, 3rd & Weekend Shifts Job Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hire About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine & Operator & Assemblers for a global aerospace and defense company located in Minnetonka, MN. What You'll Do as a Machine Operator & Assembler: Operate machinery and perform assembly tasks according to established procedures Conduct pre-shift and routine equipment inspections for safety and functionality Maintain knowledge of machinery and tools; troubleshoot minor issues Measure, mix, and add chemicals to baths or processes following safety protocols Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment and chemical baths Track and report material usage; assist with restocking supplies What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator & Assembler Role: High School Diploma or GED Basic math and computer skills Knowledge of chemicals Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident Willingness to submit a pre-employment drug test Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
