MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Specialist individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
Applies subject matter knowledge.
Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
Responsible for maintenance activities relating to equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for planning plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.
Conducts complex/sophisticated reviews and estimations including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
Defines criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
Leading and developing a team of facility technicians to carry out building maintenance, repairs, and enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Education Level Major/Field of Study or Equivalent
Associates Degree (± 13 years)
Preferred: Degree in Engineering
Experience/Background

Minimum 1 year
Preferred: 3+ Years of facility engineering related work.
The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
