Creative Circle Creative Project Manager (Workfront Required) in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Creative Project Manager - Healthcare/Agency Position Overview We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality creative work on time and on budget. This role combines strong project management discipline with a deep appreciation for creative processes and digital production. The ideal candidate will be an expert user of Workfront, able to manage cross-functional teams, drive timelines and resource planning, and ensure creative output meets strategic goals. High-level details: - Hours/week: 40 - Location: hybrid onsite 4 days/week in Minnetonka, MN - Duration: 3+ months with high potential for extension and/or possible conversion - Start date: urgent; as soon as the right person is interviewed/identified Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between marketing teams and creative teams, ensuring project alignment, clarity, and smooth hand-offs. Projects are primarily thought leadership content pieces, product collateral, and some light animation/video projects. Set up, track, and manage all marketing and creative projects in Workfront, from initiation through final file delivery. Maintain day-to-day visibility into project timelines, task assignments, dependencies, and approvals. Ensure all assets are properly archived, tagged, and organized within the DAM. Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, gather inputs, and ensure deliverables meet brand and quality standards. Ensure stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, and changes. Qualifications 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager within either an agency or in-house marketing setting. Experience with Workfront is required Experience with Adobe Assets and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities Project management certification (PMP, Certified ScrumMaster) or formal training is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
