Job Title: Continuous Improvement Engineer
Location: 14904 DeVeau Place, Minnetonka, MN 55345
Duration: 7+ Months
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour (W2)
We are seeking a “Continuous Improvement Engineer” to join one of our leading healthcare clients.
Position Summary
The Continuous Improvement Engineer is a highly visible, people-focused role responsible for driving Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives across the site. This position partners with leadership and frontline teams to implement sustainable improvements in 5S, visual management, and facility organization. Success requires strong communication, leadership presence, and the ability to influence without authority.

Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of OpEx/Business Excellence programs
Sustain and improve 5S, Visual Factory, GMP, and standard work
Drive daily improvements in facility organization and material flow
Lead and support process improvements, Kaizen events, and root cause analysis
Maintain visual management systems and performance tracking tools
Ensure compliance with EHS and GMP standards and support audit readiness
Act as a change agent to drive engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
Partner with leadership and frontline teams to support training and OpEx initiatives
Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Continuous Improvement
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or OpEx methodologies preferred
GMP or regulated environment experience is a plus
Ideal Candidate
Hands-on and comfortable in a floor-based role
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and motivate
Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented
Demonstrates ownership and continuous improvement mindset
