Job Title: Production Worker
Pay: $26/hour to start and after 120 working days bumped to $32-33/hour
Job Description
Join our team as a Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and distribution of chemicals used in industrial products, food manufacturing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Your primary duties will include staging products for shipment, moving products with a sit-down forklift, and accurately labeling and filling chemicals.
Responsibilities
Stage products for shipment.
Move products using a sit-down forklift.
Label products correctly and fill chemicals.
Fill totes, clean them, scrape off labels, and re-label them.
Complete manual fills and load/unload trucks with a forklift.
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience working in a production environment, preferably GMP regulated.
3+ years of forklift experience.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Ability to follow instructions and take orders.
Safety-oriented approach.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with staging, chemical handling, labeling, and material handling.
Familiarity with GMP standards.

Work Environment
Our production environment, while dirty, is maintained to a clean standard suitable for chemical work. We offer ample growth opportunities and provide necessary protective wear, including face shields, glasses, and full rubber suits for handling chemicals. The typical scent of ammonia or chlorine may be present. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm for the first shift, with a rotation every 9-11 months to cover extended hours from 8am to 5:30pm. Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts during these rotations is essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
