Job Description
Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Senior Project Manager with our client in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
As a Technology Project Manager, you will own the full project lifecycle — from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation review. You will function as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Core Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive project plans using Microsoft Project or Excel, tracking milestones, deliverables, and daily tasks with precision
Communicate project expectations, status updates, and risks clearly and consistently to team members and stakeholders — setting the standard for transparency and accountability
Identify and secure internal and external resources by partnering with resource managers to staff projects appropriately
Proactively manage scope changes, anticipate potential risks, and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track
Schedule and lead project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing meeting minutes
Assist in the preparation of test approaches, ensuring test plans and scripts are written and executed thoroughly prior to implementation
Step in to fill project role gaps as needed — whether that means gathering requirements, writing test scripts, or conducting testing directly
Facilitate user training and lead implementation checkpoint meetings to support seamless project delivery
Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors, fostering a culture of accountability and positive action
Conduct post-implementation reviews and produce recommendations reports to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement

Comfortable working on multiple concurrent projects across a variety of business lines
Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
