Duties:

Position Overview:(Major Functions and Non-Essential Functions): The IT Senior Cloud Engineer ensures that enterprise cloud solutions are optimized for costand functionality and is responsible for execution of the cloud / infrastructure strategy set by architects. Develops internal and external compatibility of the system and subsystems.Develops highly complex scripts using a tool or combination of tools to automate a task or a series of tasks. Develops, complies, and may oversee team compliance with SLAs or OLAs.Documents new or modified solutions, installation instructions and other system-related information. Writes configuration for cloud platforms leveraging appropriate tools.Collaborates with developers and is responsible for the ""Ops"" part of DevOps. Develops and may maintain tools and frameworks that other teams use to smoothly develop theirapplications.

Uses technology to implement automation and orchestration. Leads the implementation and integration of cloud solutions and technologies across business and ITfunctions, products, and platforms. Proactively seeks new ways to integrate cloud solutions with existing enterprise tools and systems. Responsible for compliance of cloud solutions toarchitectural standards. Leads evaluations of enterprise cloud technology standards, tools, products, and solutions to identify opportunities for improvement. Partners with securitystaff to ensure Cloud solutions support maintenance of a secure technology environment. Responsible for planning and validating the installation, configuration, and maintenance ofCloud solutions. Implements governance for role-based access control (RBAC), cost containment and cloud provider account management.

Develops time and cost estimates forcloud solutions. Creates and determines Cloud systems specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Evaluates technicalrequirements to determine the impact of Cloud technologies on the infrastructure including equipment redundancy and capacity requirements. Creates the physical design for cloudbased solutions for infrastructure and platforms."

Education:Minimum Education and/or Experience Required: (Education Requirements and Experience): Bachelor's degree with 5 years' demonstrated technical experience and 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience,

or Associate's degree with 7 years' experience and 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience,

or HS/GED with 9 years of experience and 1 years' of demonstrated leadership experience in a large, complex organization like client Clinic may be considered in lieu o the degree.

Licensure/Certification Required:

Certification in cloud engineering is required.

Schedule Notes:This role supports client Clinics Cloud Services team as a Product Operations Lead, working closely with the Principal Product Manager for Cloud Services. While the Principal Product Manager owns product strategy and roadmap direction, this role focuses on daytoday execution and operational followthrough across clients cloud platforms. The Product Operations Lead helps ensure cloud work is planned, coordinated, and delivered consistently across teams supporting Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AI/ML platforms, HPC, and shared cloud foundations. This position is not responsible for product ownership but instead focuses on making sure priorities are translated into clear plans, work is tracked, and teams are aligned on delivery. Key responsibilities include helping translate the cloud roadmap into actionable work for product owners, supporting Agile teams as they create and execute stories, coordinating across engineering, architecture, operations, security, and finance, and providing clear updates and materials for leadership. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders are critical for success in this role. This position is a good fit for a senior IT professional who understands large enterprise environments, is comfortable working across multiple teams, and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives.

Required Experience:

• Handson experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Product operations, delivery, or execution management experience
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and sprintbased delivery
• Strong communication skills, especially with senior leadership
• Ability to translate strategy or roadmap direction into executable work
