Job Description:

Partner with (senior) managers and drives/partners in various HR practices and solutions related to training and development, remuneration, recruiting and selection, workforce planning, success profiling, on-boarding, talent development and management, retention and engagement programs. Ensuring the HR needs of internal clients are appropriately met. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR-related matters and support the execution / implementation of HR strategies and programs. Facilitate conflict resolution activities and assists managers with negotiations at senior levels.

Contributions: The role plays a vital role in counseling and advising business management teams on HR-related matters. Contributes by advising line management on HR practices. Coaching senior leaders on talent practices and development.

What You Will Do:

Operates within broad parameters and deals with complex topics using expert functional knowledge and extensive experience, as well as conceptual, original thinking. As a highly experienced professional, functions as internal escalation level on the functional area - usually covering a complex region or large country with over 1,000 employees in different (sub-) functions - and provides guidance to less experienced professional or administrative staff - in or outside of our own area. Contributes to policy assessment, improvement and definition. Although no or limited formal management responsibilities, the role may provide guidance to less experienced professional or administrative staff and is frequently involved in projects - as team-member or (geographical / function) coordinator, leader.

Communications: Works with management teams, internal and external HR partners and COE's to develop and implement HR, engagement and retention plans. Interacts frequently with senior leaders, often requiring advanced communication skills to communicate complex information and influence to achieve desired outcomes.

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years experience in the Human Resources Function.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.

  • Must possess strong skills/experience in business partnering.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and delivery with proven, measurable results for managing change.

  • Strong talent management, leadership development, performance management, and organizational development experience.

  • Demonstrated success in creating an environment of trust with clients where integrity is unquestioned; can effectively utilize negotiation and conflict resolution skills when needed.

  • Ability to analyze HR metrics for use in developing goals and driving key business strategies and objectives.

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills with all levels of the organization.

  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures business compliance.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$133,633.33 - $186,830.00
