Wells Fargo Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Application/Web Operations in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who covers jobs which design, build, enhance, and integrate the technology infrastructure required to support various platforms and Wells Fargo's business portfolio.
In this role, you will:
Outline and implement Application or Web product upgrades
Contribute to the analysis of business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements
Design, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development practices
Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design, and test solutions
Generate documentation, operational policies, and procedures, as well as documentation
Employ monitoring tools, such as Grafana, for business application and operations teams
Contribute to the testing of business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements
Direct daily Risk and Control flow of Compliance, focusing on policies and procedures
Provision builds, configurations, and preparing the runtime infrastructure needed for middleware products
Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure teams meet security, reliability, monitoring, and support standards
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Help teams with enterprise incidents focusing on Application and Web stability through an On-Call rotation
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including leadership.
Strong team or technical leadership experience Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
3+ years of Basic knowledge of Middleware technologies – Apache HTTPD and Apache Tomcat
2+ years’ Experience in Application Production Support in Linux and Windows platforms
2+ years of Strong Technical Troubleshooting skills
2+ years Working knowledge of application monitoring tool like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus
2+ years of Root Cause Analysis of problem issues
2+ years Knowledge of Ansible
2+ years of Python scripting
Basic Web Server Administration
Basic Application Server and Application troubleshooting (Java and .Net)
Desired Qualifications:
Strong team or technical leadership experience
Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
Understands compliance and risk management requirements for supported system area
Provide implementation support for key risk initiatives
Experience in WebSphere, WebSphere Liberty, and WebLogic
Understanding Incident Management System (ServiceNow preferred)
Monitoring Alerts, Batch Failures, Service Now Queue
Understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Linux, Windows, MW, Database
Handle outage calls efficiently, triage any issues, and fix them
Experience in Ansible, and UDeploy
Experience with types of Jobs Failures and Troubleshooting
Shell Commands
Linux Administration Basics
Basic Networking Commands
Understanding the Networking topology, Load Balancers such as F5
Troubleshooting Basic HTTP Failures
Troubleshooting Basic Java Application Servers issues

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
