Park Avenue Center is looking for an RN to work within a supportive and nurturing environment. The RN is responsible for providing medical services and support to clients through group facilitation, individual client sessions, consultation, staffing, care coordination, and medication observation.

PAC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in a positive work environment with a team of supportive professionals.
Essential Functions:
Facilitate gender-specific experiential, and education groups and lectures within scope of practice
Conduct individual client sessions as requested
Provide health consultation services to clients and clinical staff within scope of practice
Participate in weekly multidisciplinary staffing meetings
Complete accurate, detailed, and timely documentation in clients' electronic medical record
Provide care coordination of services between clients and on-site medical clinic
Provide support to medication observation team, ensuring clients receive and take medications as prescribed
Maintain a professional relationship with clients while following a strict code of ethics
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Must demonstrate competence in working with clients with co-occurring disorders; through education, training, and experience
Ability to work in alignment with company values, goals, policies and procedures
Knowledge of MN Statute Chapter 245G and licensing and its application to the department and company's policy and procedures; or ability to obtain knowledge after hire
Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative relationships with co-workers
Ability to maintain excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
Ability to establish priorities, manage projects, and meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and electronic medical record software program; or ability to obtain proficiency after training
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Must be licensed in good-standing as an RN in the state of Minnesota
Must obtain and maintain required continuing education units and training
Additional Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be free of chemical use problems for at least the two years immediately preceding hire

In-person, full-time M-F days with flexible scheduling options.
The wage range is $80,000-$85,000,00 based on licensure and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package including generous paid time off, a training stipend, a 401k match up to 4%, employer paid life insurance and short term disability, and a variety of voluntary benefits: medical, dental, vision, voluntary life, and voluntary long term disability.
