1st Shift | Cleanroom Environment | 4‑Day Workweek

? What You’ll Do
Perform full catheter builds and sub‑assemblies in a cleanroom setting
Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and travelers
Assemble small components under a microscope using precision hand tools
Complete visual inspections and final packaging
Accurately document work in QMS and ERP systems
? What You Bring
3–4 years of full catheter build experience
Strong hands‑on skills with:
Bonding, annealing, braiding
Reflow, liner stretching, and stringing
Comfortable using micrometers and working with small, delicate components
Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
High school diploma or GED
Balloon catheter experience is a plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
