Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire a Project Manager for an immediate opening. Job Title: Project Manager Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite /2 days remote : Minneapolis, MN Duration: 12 months Employment type :Fulltime/Contract on W2 In this role, you will: Lead project management for Talent Acquisition (TA) technology transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Serve as the dedicated project lead for the HiredScore implementation workstream, overseeing planning, execution, risk management, and delivery. Coordinate across multiple talent acquisition technology workstreams, providing project support, issue resolution, and cross-functional alignment as needed. Partner closely with TA leaders, business sponsors, HR partners, and technology teams to drive effective collaboration and decision-making. Manage project governance activities, including status reporting, resource coordination, documentation, and escalation pathways. Ensure adherence to established change management processes to support successful adoption and business readiness. Monitor progress toward key milestones and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Support end-user experience by aligning project outcomes with recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate needs, especially around ranking, rediscovery, and internal mobility features enabled by HiredScore. Required Qualifications: Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, ideally within a large, matrixed organization Program/project management capabilities with the ability to manage detailed plans, risks, and cross-functional dependencies Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Talent Acquisition projects or programs, including cross-functional alignment, execution oversight, and measurable impact on recruiting operations and outcomes Hands-on experience implementing HR or TA technologies (ATS, CRM, AI-based sourcing/matching tools, workflow automation tools, etc.) Experience with HR Recruiting tools/technology transformation (Applicant Tracking System, Candidate Relationship Management, automation tools, conversational AI, sourcing technology, workflow modernization) Familiarity with AI-driven talent platforms such as HiredScore, Eightfold, HireVue, or similar machine learning-based recruiting technologies Experience in driving change management efforts and stakeholder adoption, with familiarity in established methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
