Press Brake Operator
Summary
Operated press brake machines to bend sheet metal parts while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operated press brake equipment safely and according to quality requirements
Bent metal parts up to 144 inches using approved setups
Performed basic machine setups using blueprints and bend simulations
Read and interpreted drawings to ensure accurate part production
Recorded material movement and production data in EPICOR
Worked with Leads and supervisors to resolve setup or production issues
Maintained a clean, organized, and safe work area
Skills
Press brake operation

Sheet metal fabrication
Machine setup
Troubleshooting
CNC fundamentals
Quality inspection
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Press Brake experience
CNC experience (required for advanced roles)
Knowledge of metal properties and inspection standards
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
