Job Description
Emergency Medicine coverage for the VAMC in Minneapolis MN
• Must be Residency trained and Board Certified or recent grad ready to sit for the boards in Emergency Medicine
• Any unrestricted state license, DEA, BLS, ACLS
• At least 3 years of recent ER experience and a clean background
• Open to full or part-time, requires at least one weekend per month, coverage could be one shift per week or several per month
• Schedule is based on your availability. 8-10 hours, mostly daytime shifts, overnights are not required
• Admission rate is approximately 20%
• Credentialing can take 45-60 days
