CBRE Onboarding Coordinator - Programs in Minneapolis, Minnesota
About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Management Sr. Coordinator, you willprovide advanced administrative support to the program team. This includesprogram documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, invoice & payapplication processing, and financial reconciliations. This job is part of theProgram Management function. The team is responsible for the management ofprograms from initiation through completion.
What You'll Do:
• Direct the process documentation for program commitments.Review external quotes for processing. Approve change orders, directives, andcontemplative notices.
• Assist with contract administration. This includesattending tender openings and recording results, issuing letters of acceptanceand regret, etc.
• Manage and enter program information and data intomanagement technology tools.
• Oversee the program closeout process including turnoverdocumentation and financial reconciliation.
• Process invoices and pay applications. Act as a point ofcontact for escalated matters among the team.
• Assist management in the implementation of and monitoringof program practices, policies, and administration deliverables.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure alignmentof project activities with overall program goals.
• Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that canoccur in own work area without supervisory approval.
• Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
• Impact team through the quality of the services orinformation provided.
• Follow standardized procedures and practices and receivesregular but moderate supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need:
• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-relatedexperience.
• An established understanding of work routines andstandards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes,procedures, and systems are required.
• Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with thecapacity to review and select solutions from available options withoutsupervisory approval.
• Ability to explain detailed and complicated informationwithin the team in a clear and concise manner.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitivemindset.
• General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figuressuch as percentages, discounts, and markups, or complicated information withinthe team.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $60K per year and the maximum salary for the position is or $70K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
