Description:

SPS Commerce is a leading provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions, serving a global network of retail trading partners. We foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where innovation and continuous improvement are highly valued. Join SPS Commerce and be part of a dynamic team that's transforming the global retail supply chain!

Position Summary:

As the Manager of Integrated Marketing, you will lead a team responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive both new business growth and customer expansion. This role oversees a group of Integrated Marketing Managers focused on demand generation and customer lifecycle marketing, ensuring a cohesive, data-driven approach across the full customer journey.

You’ll play a critical role in connecting strategy to execution—aligning marketing programs to business priorities, guiding your team to deliver high-impact campaigns, and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships across Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teams.

This role is ideal for a leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on team development, and who thrives on driving measurable outcomes through integrated, multi-channel marketing within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Integrated Marketing Managers supporting both demand generation and customer lifecycle marketing • Define and drive integrated marketing strategies that span the full funnel—from new business acquisition through customer retention and expansion • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and growth goals • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, email, events, and marketing automation • Ensure strong alignment and continuity across demand generation and lifecycle programs to deliver a seamless customer experience • Guide the use of segmentation, customer insights, and performance data to inform strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics; monitor results and continuously refine programs to improve pipeline, engagement, and revenue impact • Drive a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement across the team • Support prioritization, resource planning, and execution to ensure the team delivers against business objectives

Where You'll Work:

This role is hybrid from our Minneapolis, MN office or remote, based on the candidate’s location. For hybrid work, we Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility. For remote employees the role will require occasional travel for onboarding, training, meetings and/or corporate events, approximately 5-10%.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model, with at least 2+ years in a formal people management role • 5+ years developing and running integrated marketing campaigns in a SaaS or subscription-based environment, with experience supporting both new business acquisition and customer expansion • Proven experience leading integrated marketing within a SaaS or subscription-based business • Fluency and skill in developing data-driven campaign plans, with the ability to measure expected outcomes and adapt based on performance • Strong strategic thinking skills coupled with the ability to focus intensively on excellent operational execution • Fluency and skill with social media • Excellent communication skills, both long form and short • Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure
