An expanding metal manufacturer in Minneapolis, MN, is looking to add a maintenance mechanic assistant to its growing team! Hours: 6 am 2:30 pm, Monday Friday, OT on Saturdays Benefits of the maintenance mechanic assistant: Room for advancement 100% company-paid health insurance premium Health, dental, vision, and life insurance available Short-term disability insurance available Paid on-the-job training 401(k) Friendly work environment Family-owned company Duties of the maintenance mechanic assistant: Assist with maintenance of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems Support troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime Help with routine inspections and preventative maintenance Assist in machinery installation and upgrades Maintain accurate records and maintenance logs Follow all safety standards and company policies Work alongside the maintenance and production teams to resolve equipment issues Requirements of the maintenance mechanic assistant: Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn 1+ year of maintenance experience or applicable schooling is desired MIG welding experience a plus Steel-toed boots Additional information: Apply today!
