Job Duties
We are looking to hire a reliable Machine Operator (Molder) to join our 3rd shift team. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for operating press machines to mold rubber components to specifications and ensuring that product quality is up to standard while maintaining proper safety measures.
Minimum Education Required
High School diploma or equivalent (GED, etc.)
Minimum Experience Required
Basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds frequently
