Wells Fargo Lead Business Execution Consultant, Conduct Management in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support HR Product Enablement through disciplined execution, issue management, and cross-functional partnership. This role serves as a bridge between strategy and delivery, ensuring that customer-focused problems are identified, prioritized, and addressed in a timely, efficient, and well-governed manner. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate issue, defect, and service-level management processes to ensure customer-focused problems are resolved within defined expectations.

  • Support releases and incident response activities, including business readiness, stakeholder communication, triage, and resolution of production issues.

  • Facilitate governance, risk, and control activities, including performing Application Business Owner and/or Alternate Application Business Owner responsibilities and executing assigned controls.

  • Coordinate across HR, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Vendors to remove obstacles and ensure seamless delivery.

  • Lead execution routines such as planning, status reporting, escalation, deployment readiness, and Business Continuity Plan support.

  • Support change management and communication efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed and prepared for product updates.

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance execution maturity, speed, and quality.

  • Monitor application health, service levels, and user impacts, advocating for Technology and Business partners during production support activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting issue, defect, or problem management functions within a complex, highly regulated environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to monitor service-level agreements, identify risks or breaches, and drive timely escalation and resolution.

  • Experience partnering with Technology, Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders to support production stability and software releases.

  • Working knowledge of governance, risk, and control frameworks, including experience executing or supporting application-level controls.

  • Experience as an Application Business Owner or similar role, including coordinating dependencies and advocating for business needs.

  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional execution routines such as planning, status reporting, and delivery readiness.

  • Strong communication and change management skills, with the ability to provide clear, timely execution updates to diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement, process efficiency, and execution discipline to enhance operational outcomes.

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours.

  • Base Salary Range for Minneapolis: $131,000 – $206,000 USD

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
