Description
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to generate and qualify leads.
Understand customer needs and clearly communicate the value of our products or services.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and closing techniques.
Document all sales activities, update CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to optimize outreach strategies and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role (nonprofit or mission-driven experience a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
