Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and emails.
Manage visitor check-in and maintain security procedures.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments, assist with meeting room setup, and provide general administrative support.
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
Friendly, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
