Executive Assistant II
Location: In-Office full-time at their Minneapolis office in Zip Code: 55402
Schedule: 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Salary: $96,000-$101,000 annually, depending on previous experience

Beacon Hill's client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant II to support senior investment bankers in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support-you will function as a trusted partner and operational anchor for your team.
As priorities shift rapidly, your ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and maintain absolute professionalism will be critical. You will play an essential role in helping senior leaders stay focused, organized, and effective.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Management
Manage multiple complex calendars for senior executives
Strategically prioritize scheduling needs and proactively resolve conflictsTravel & Expense Coordination
Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries
Ensure timely and accurate completion of expense reportsMeetings & Events
Oversee end-to-end planning for meetings and conferences
Coordinate logistics including space reservations, catering, and A/V supportCommunication & Coordination
Serve as a central point of contact for executives
Draft and manage polished business communications
Interface confidently with internal teams and external partnersLeadership & Team Support
Provide mentorship and guidance within the administrative support group
Offer coverage and share best practices to support a collaborative, "one firm" culture

Qualifications & Experience
6+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives in a high-demand corporate environment
Experience must come from a corporate finance-related organization, such as but not limited to:
Investment banking
M&A advisory
Private equity or private capital advisory
Corporate finance or similar financial services firms
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Extensive experience with complex calendar and contact management
Ability to manage executive inboxes and communicate on behalf of senior leaders
Strong editing and formatting skills for professional presentations and documents
