Twin City Staffing is seeking a safety-conscious Equipment Operator - Heavy to join a leading facility s team in Minneapolis. If you have experience with loaders and skid steers and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $25.00/hr. Hours: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM, Monday Friday Benefits of the Equipment Operator - Heavy: Health, dental, and vision after 90 days Life, STD, and non-work accident insurance Consistent long-term work with overtime pay Collaborative teamwork environment Opportunities for career advancement Duties of the Equipment Operator - Heavy: Safely operate front-end loaders and skid steers/bobcats Perform daily pre- and post-trip equipment inspections Report machine repair needs to the maintenance team Monitor incoming loads for unacceptable waste Maximize truck load weights per DOT regulations Requirements of the Equipment Operator - Heavy: Experience with heavy machinery/equipment Experience operating front-end loaders and skid steers Clear communication skills in English for safety directions Ability to sit and operate controls for long periods Comfort working in open/closed cabs and dusty conditions Ability to work outdoors in weather extremes Strong situational awareness in high-traffic areas Contact Information: Apply today!
