Mechanical Assembler – 1st Shift | No Prior Experience Required

We’re looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join our team assembling high-quality cash drawers in a clean, modern manufacturing facility. If you’re comfortable using basic hand tools and enjoy working with your hands, we’ll train you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble cash drawers on an assembly line using clear work instructions

• Use hand tools, drills, screw guns, and basic measuring tools

• Read and follow work orders, diagrams, and process sheets

• Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure quality

• Rotate between assembly stations every two hours to keep work engaging

• Support the team by helping where needed to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using basic hand tools (on-the-job training provided)

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift

• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude

✅ No prior manufacturing experience required

✅ Construction, DIY, or hands-on experience is a plus—but not required

Schedule & Work Environment

• 1st shift : Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

• Overtime available:

• Weekdays starting at 5:00am

• Saturdays: 5:00am–1:30pm

• Modern manufacturing plant (generally clean and air-conditioned)

• Tobacco‑free facility

• Standing role; some stations allow sitting on a stool

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
