Electrical Assembler / Panel Builder Location: Maple Grove MN 55369 Shift: First Shift Flex Hours with start times between 6am-8am Monday-Friday Hiring Basis: 6-month contract to permanent basis, but willing to consider on a direct hire basis. JOB DESCRIPTION Seeking a highly experienced Electrical Assembler / Panel Builder who can independently build industrial control panels from prints with minimal supervision. This role is intended for candidates who have direct, hands-on panel-building experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This is not an entry-level or trainee position. Candidates must be able to produce complete, production-ready control panels without constant supervision or training. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build, wire, and assemble electrical control panels and subassemblies from prints. Layout, mount, and wire components accurately and efficiently. Drill, tap, and prepare enclosures and back panels. Inspect finished panels for quality, accuracy, and compliance. Troubleshoot wiring and component issues. Maintain a clean, organized work area. Follow company procedures, electrical codes, and safety standards. Collaborate with engineering and assembly teams as needed.
