Summary
Responsible for monitoring and coordinating al tracking and reporting of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Prevailing Wage and Certified Payroll.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the EEO Compliance Specialist on setting up new projects that require EEO and Prevailing wage tracking and reporting.
Communicate with subcontractors to clearly define what the specific requirements are for each project as it relates to EEO and prevailing wage compliance.
Organize all required paperwork to be sent to subcontractors and follow up on any outstanding documents or issues of non-compliance.
Maintain document tracking schedules for each project.
Compile and submit Monthly Employment Utilization Reports for monitored projects.
Review certified payrolls and work with subcontractors on any restitution that is owed for non-compliance.
Communicate with Project Accountants, Project Managers and Government Entities to gather information that will be used to resolve outstanding compliance issues.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A minimum of two years of experience in accounting, compliance, administration or another related field. Experience in the construction industry is helpful but not required. EEO compliance experience is preferred.
Demonstrated strong computer proficiency (MS365 Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Ability to possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence as needed. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to read and comprehend routine financial statements.
Knowledge of LCP Tracker, B2GNow, SmartCOMP, Elations and other reporting systems
Other:
Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.

Pay Range: $25.00 to $33.00 hourly, plus discretionary incentive program.
While the range listed represents the anticipated hiring range for this position, offers at the upper end of the range are uncommon. Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs.
