Overview: Minneapolis, MN 8-12-month Hybrid position We are looking for an Entry-Level Designer to join our team in a hybrid role. This position is perfect for someone who is techsavvy, and comfortable handling a high volume of small projects. You'll work with internal coordinators, field crews, and customers to support utilityrelated design tasks. Your Day-to-Day: Work from design maps provided through Smallworld and prepare project information for field crews. Coordinate crew schedules and collaborate with internal coordinators. Review completed work and create accurate asbuilt diagrams. Calculate billing amounts based on asbuilt data and send invoices or summaries to customers. Provide excellent customer service by answering followup questions and ensuring project clarity. Handle a large volume of small projects. Use Adobe tools (such as Acrobat or Photoshop) to support documentation or visual updates. Maintain accurate digital records and update project data. Collaborate with team members to support workflow and process improvements. Who You Are: High school diploma required Proficient computer skills, including email communication, digital file management, and navigating multiple software programs simultaneously. Experience in customer service. We prefer familiarity with Adobe tools (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator).
