Job Description
This role involves working in a 1st shift position from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The Custody Operations Specialist will be responsible for various tasks within the vault, including pulling and filing loan files, performing quality control, and ensuring files are correctly located. This position requires being on your feet 80% of the time and may involve climbing step stools. If files are missing, you will conduct thorough searches and use computer research to locate them.
Responsibilities
Pull and file loan documents in the vault.
Perform quality control to ensure files are correctly located.
Conduct searches for missing files using both physical and computer-based methods.
Maintain organization within the vault by following filing protocols.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for documentation and research purposes.

Work Environment
The work environment is a quiet but large vault, arranged like an office warehouse full of files. Files are organized by customer and loan number. The dress code is business casual, and comfortable shoes, including tennis shoes, are acceptable. The position involves being on your feet for most of the day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
