Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Description We are looking for a dedicated and success-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position in the higher education industry, where you will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective learners and supporting their journey. Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound call campaigns to engage with leads, opportunities, and applications.
• Reach out to prospective learners who have requested information and provide thoughtful guidance.
• Support various call campaign initiatives based on organizational needs.
• Assess the needs of prospects and ensure efficient transfers to the appropriate team or individual, often handling over 100 calls daily.
• Serve as the welcoming point of contact for inbound callers and online chat inquiries.
• Identify and address caller needs, ensuring seamless transitions to the correct departments.
• Assist prospective learners, applicants, and current students with their inquiries and concerns.
• Share best practices and collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records as required.
• Manage multiple workflow tasks effectively throughout the day. Requirements • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on prioritizing the needs of learners and prospective students.
• Exceptional listening abilities and the capacity to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Proficiency in managing time and staying organized in a metrics-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong work ethic and balance various tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with Excel and ability to meet alpha and numeric typing speed requirements (8,001-10,000 KPH).
