Description
We are seeking On-Line Tool Support Professionals to serve as the first point of contact for web-based tool support. This role supports clients and advisors through a high-volume inbound call environment, providing troubleshooting, education, and resolution for technical issues.
Position Overview
This role serves as the first point of contact for web-based tool support. You will assist clients and advisors in a inbound call environment, providing:
Technical troubleshooting
Customer education
Issue resolution

Note: Call center experience is helpful but not required.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
0–1 year of relevant experience
(Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience)
Strong customer service skills
Ability to explain complex information in a clear, simple way
Excellent verbal and written communication
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Reliable high-speed internet (for remote work capability)
Preferred Qualifications
Prior customer service experience
Familiarity with:
Microsoft Windows and/or Mac OS
Internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer)
Basic computer hardware
