Description
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing courteous and helpful assistance.
Respond promptly to questions regarding our programs, services, events, or donations.
Maintain accurate client and donor records in our database.
Escalate issues to the appropriate team member when necessary and ensure proper follow-up.
Support special events, volunteer coordination, and community outreach as needed.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and report trends to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
1+ year of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit or community service setting.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
