Allied National Services Customer Service Account Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Allied National Services has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Account Coordinator at our corporate office. We re seeking a reliable, upbeat, and proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership of customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth daily operations. In this role, you ll coordinate vendor services, respond to client requests, and ensure that all services meet company and customer expectations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure daily attendance and accountability of assigned employees Schedule and coordinate special services by phone and email Confirm completion of services (pre- and post-service follow-up) Respond promptly to customer calls and emails Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM software Follow up on equipment repairs and service-related issues Process contractor invoices efficiently and accurately Source, vet, and onboard new contractors and employees Qualifications 2+ years of experience delivering excellent customer service in an office environment Strong and stable work history (no frequent job changes) Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills Confident and assertive decision-maker with sound judgment Proven ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced work environment Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through in a high-volume setting Management experience preferred but not required Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred but not required Must have a valid driver s license and be able to pass a background check Why Join Allied National Services?
