Job Description:
Seeking a dependable and skilled Concrete Foreman to join a team focused on delivering high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. This role offers consistent year-round employment, including opportunities in snow removal during the winter months.
Responsibilities:
Form sidewalks, entries, pedestrian ramps, steps, and other concrete structures
Oversee Crews of 3-5 laborers/ finishers.
Layout and set up pours, calculate slopes, and meet ADA requirements on pedestrian ramps.
Pour and finish concrete to meet quality standards
Perform general labor and site preparation
Install rebar and operate hand and power tools
Complete other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or residential concrete finishing (5+ years preferred)
• CDL A and heavy equipment experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
