CNC Swiss Set-up Machinist-Evening Shift Location: Lakeville, MN 55044 Shift: Flexible on evening shift hours Hiring Basis: Direct hire basis Full benefits package: 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance paid by company, long term disability paid by company, PTO Pay: $28-$38/Hourly/W2 Lotus Technical has a direct role for a CNC Swiss Set-up Machinist for our ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing client located in Lakeville, MN. Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder. This is a clean, organized shop where skilled machinists can take pride in their work, grow their careers, and be treated with respect with little to no employee turnover. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and run CNC Swiss machines to produce tight-tolerance, high-quality parts. Read and interpret blueprints and apply GD&T with confidence. Troubleshoot issues and keep production running efficiently. Ensure quality standards are met at every stage (ISO 9001:2015). Take ownership of your work, your machines, and your team.
