Schedule:
Enjoy a 4-day work week, 10-hours a day (Monday-Thursday 6:00am and 4:30pm).
Additional hours may be required during busier times
What You Will be Doing:
Perform all tasks involved in the production of assembling parts, inspection, and operating hand and power tools. Follow standard work instructions and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Employees may work in other departments in production as needs require.

Performs assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools
Must have basic computer skills
Clock in and out of work orders
Ability to read work orders and work instructions
Complete proper paperwork daily
Place finished goods in the designated locations
Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Performs other related duties and assignments as required
All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
MANIFOLDS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assembly of bars and pistons
Tighten fittings
Assembly of gauges to bars
Operate laser machine to put date on bars
Clean parts
Operate screw machine to attach screws onto handles
Inspect and test solar gauges
Place finished goods on the designated pallet
What You Will Bring:
Required:
Perform different functions using both hand and power tools
Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as needed
Computer skills to perform clocking in and out as well as clocking in work orders
Ability to effectively communicate orally or in written form with co-workers cross-functionally
Proficiency in reading and writing in English
Highly organized, self-motivated and can work independently
Must be highly self-motivated, work with minimal supervision and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Will have a thorough knowledge of all manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment.
Planning: ability to think ahead and plan over a 30-day time span, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment
Syteline ERP system knowledge
Proficiency in reading and writing in English

This role works on-site in Bloomington, MN, where your direct contributions will make a real impact. Being in person will allow you to collaborate closely with others, build meaningful relationships, and play a key role in our company success.

Work Environment:
The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment, may work near moving equipment, and exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.
