Job Description
Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Agile Coach with our client in Minneapolis, MN.
The Agile Coach is a change leader who partners with decision-makers, teams, and stakeholders across Wealth Management to optimize value delivery and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. You will promote and model Lean-Agile practices, challenge assumptions at all levels, and support large-scale transformation within a complex, regulated environment. Leveraging strong business, technology, and change management expertise, you will define ways of working, deliver training, and coach leaders and teams throughout their agile journey.
Your Profile
Experienced Agile Coach working at the value stream (journey) and enterprise level
Strong business acumen with experience in regulated industries
Background in software/product delivery and roles such as Scrum Master, Project/Program Manager, or RTE
Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira)
Strong communicator, facilitator, and relationship builder
Proven experience coaching mid-to-senior leaders in Lean-Agile practices, metrics, and continuous improvement
Skilled in developing ways of working, onboarding teams, and driving change adoption
What You Will Do
Contribute to and execute the agile transformation roadmap as part of the Agile Enablement team
Partner with Product, Technology, Delivery, and business leaders to improve end-to-end delivery
Coach leaders and teams across the value stream, from discovery through delivery
Provide agile training and influence organizational policies to support agile ways of working
What You Need to Succeed
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years in Agile delivery environments, including 5+ years in agile coaching or change leadership roles
Experience implementing Agile practices in large, scaled portfolio environments
Proven ability to coach teams through PI Planning and other multi-team events
Nice-to-have
Scrum, Kanban, or Agile Coaching certifications
Prior software development experience and ability to coach technical practices
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE concepts
The base hourly range for this contract position is $85-$115 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
