Location: Garden City, NY | Schedule: Full Time, 35 hours per week| Status: Exempt |Salary: $66,300-66,500

This position requires a Master's Degree and Licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Creative Arts Therapy.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Community Mental Health & Wellness Division – CFTSS Program to ensure quality service delivery.
Lead the hiring process by screening and interviewing candidates to build a strong, passionate team that supports children’s mental health.
Oversee assignments and service capacity to ensure children and families receive the mental health services they need.
Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for your team.
Track and monitor all data/information required by the state.
Assist with state reports and audits.
Monitor data, ensure compliance with state regulations, and work closely with external entities.
Attend state meetings and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve access to care
Qualifications
Passion for helping children & families
Required: Master's Degree and Licensure required (LMSW, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Creative Arts Therapy)
At least 2 years of experience post licensure in Human Services.
Strong leadership & organizational skills
Supervisory experience is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & electronic health records.
A valid driver’s license with a clean record required.
