Minden, NV is a small town located in the western part of Nevada, in the Carson Valley, about 15 miles south of Carson City and roughly 45 miles south of Reno. It serves as the county seat of Douglas County. The area is known for its picturesque landscapes, characterized by the backdrop of the Sierra Nevada Mountains to the west and the Carson Range to the east. Minden itself is a charming, historic town with a population of just under 4,000 people.
Pay: $19.00/hourly

What you will do: As the Maintenance Worker performs work orders such as general building maintenance, changing light bulbs, minor electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, sheetrock, adjusting locks and hardware, minor plumbing repairs, unplugging drains, re-lighting, maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights, grounds maintenance, etc. Maintains the vehicle fleet. Completes required reports and documentation in a timely manner.
To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma Prior building maintenance experience preferred Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record for the past (3) years Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
